Protection of interests of minorities

If you belong to a community with its own language, script, or culture, you have the right to preserve it. No citizen can be denied admission to any government-funded educational institution based on religion, race, caste, or language.

Art. 30

Right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions

Minorities - whether based on religion or language - have the right to set up and run their own schools and colleges. The government cannot discriminate against these institutions when giving financial aid.
